Can be anybody else in the apartment? ( general )
No, the apartment dedicated especially for you.

How can I have the keys for the apartment? ( general )
We will meet with you just right before check-in at around the the entrance, and give you the keys.

How many guests suitable the apartments for? 
Up to 6 persons, have 3 separate bedrooms. ( Calle Sevilla – Ronda  )
Up to 4 persons, have 2 separate bedrooms. ( Manilva Playa  )

Can we cook in the kitchen? ( general )
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, contains cafe machine, toaster, microwave, oven and dishes.

– is there any vacancy job there?
Usually used to have some, we publish on the homepage here the vacancies.

Do we have parking with the apartment? ( general )
We provide one garage parking very closed to the apartment. It is free of charge.

Is there any further parking place available?
Closed to the apartment ( Plaza Socorro ) available an underground parking – parking fee admitted, and also public open air parking 5 minutes walk – parking fee admitted. ( Calle Sevilla – Ronda )

Can we use the open fireplace in winter time?
Yes, but you have to advise us about the intention, and we provide wood – 10,- € / suck fee will be charged. ( Calle Sevilla – Ronda )

When can we check-in to the apartment? ( general )
Generally check – in time is at or after 16:00 – 24:00  as we previously agreed. If you  liked to check-in earlier, or out of standard check-in time, please contact us minimum one day before the check-in date. Normally there is no extra fee for out of check-in time.

We we should leave the apartment ( check-out )? ( general )
Generally we ask to leave up to 12:00 pm. If you liked to stay further, you have to request it minimum one day before the check-out. It depends the occupancy of the apartment. We don’t charge extra fee for late check-out.
